Coast2Bay Housing Group has welcomed Andrew Elvin to the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Andrew has 25 years experience as a chief executive, executive, manager and development consultant in the not for profit, government, human services, health, community housing, mental health, aged care and disability sectors in the UK and Australia.
Andrew has extensive knowledge of community housing models and practice gained from his work as a Board Director of three community housing providers, and experience in developing and implementing ground-breaking community led programmes that have received wide international recognition.
Andrew has a first class Masters Degree in Criminology and Social Policy from Middlesex University (UK) with research based component modules including Research and Evaluation Techniques and Preparing for Research.

Ian joined the organisation in 2005 and has over 30 years experience as a commercial Accountant/Financial Controller for medium size companies both here on the Sunshine Coast and in London (UK). Since joining us, Ian has developed his interest and knowledge in Not For Profit Financial Management and Administration.
In addition, as part of his wide range of skills, Ian is also responsible for the the management of information and technology within the organisation.
Lee has worked in the housing sector for 28 years and has been with the organisation since 1996, she was the Manager of the TAAS(Q) service until September 2010 when she accepted the role of A/Operations Manager.
Lee was appointed permanently to the role in August 2011.
Prior to working with TAASQ Lee had 11 years experience as a Property Manager in the private sector with a company that managed 1500 rental properties.
